Mom’s Gratitude Worksheet
for Overwhelmed Parents

If You’re Feeling Stretched Thin, You’re Not Alone.

You love your family, your work, and your life, but some days, it feels like your brain is running 47 tabs at once. Okay… It’s more like 100 tabs at once, right?
You’re not ungrateful, unmotivated, or “bad at balance.” Though, I know, sometimes it can feel that heavy.

You’re overloaded, and it’s understandable when you’re carrying so much. Despite what it may feel like, your brain is doing its best to keep up with everything that matters most to YOU, being the best mom for your child.
As moms, we’re already stretched thin, which is why I created this free Mom’s Gratitude Worksheet that can easily be filled out in only five minutes. This worksheet will give you a calm moment to exhale, refocus, and remind yourself just how awesome you are!

The Science Behind the Calm

Your brain is wired to protect you, which is why part of your heightened natural instincts as a mom become more prevalent. Your brain’s protection now extends from you to your child.

But that constant “heightened mode” can feel exhausting, can’t it? And, it keeps your stress levels high and your focus constantly scattered.

With gratitude, we can activate the parts of our brains responsible for emotional regulation and creative problem-solving, the same regions that help you thrive in all parts of your life.

In other words, this isn’t about ignoring the hard stuff. It’s admitting it exists and training your brain to notice what supports you, so you can begin to focus like a mother.

When you’re ready for more support

After you’ve implemented the worksheet, you’ll have the chance to schedule a complimentary chat with me — a 30-minute conversation to explore how to move from reflection to real change.

It’s calm, private, and completely pressure-free. Because sometimes, one conversation is the beginning of the calm you’ve been craving and the answers to the questions you’ve been quietly asking.
