Hi! I’m Megan, and I get it.
When I became a mother, I shifted from a high-achieving executive with an engineering and process background to someone who struggled to keep herself organized, despite having over a DECADE of corporate experience as a productivity expert. I felt like my brain was broken.
After a year of researching the neuroscience of how parenthood changes the brain and what strategies worked best, I realized my brain wasn’t broken—it was changing & I just needed to adapt. And there was a gap in support for mothers experiencing this normal-but-hard transition, who needed someone to help them adapt as well.
That’s why I created the concept of Parent Brain Coaching and the REVEAL Model™. I founded Focus Like A Mother in early 2024—combining my executive coaching skills with everything I had learned on my own journey.
Now, as an ICF-certified coach, I help overwhelmed parents understand what’s actually happening in their brains and develop strategies that work with their lives and cognitive changes, rather than against them. I specialize in the messy middle—the brain fog, the mental load, the “who am I now?” moments that don’t fit neatly into clinical care or generic life coaching.
I hold space for fellow parents to grow and lean into their full abilities, embracing themselves in this season and beyond.
