Step 1: The Discovery Call

How parent brain and mental load support and coaching works - Step 1: The Discovery Call

30 minutes—that’s all it takes to chat with Megan and get personalized recommendations for your unique situation. You’ll meet with her via Zoom from the comfort of your own space. She’ll ask you a few questions and listen to your experiences, goals, and needs. You’ll walk away with a personalized Focus Map, outlining specific steps for clarity and progress. You’ll learn about what Parent Brain Coaching can help with, where it might not be a great fit, and get answers to your questions. That’s it… just a 30-minute chat with Megan. She’ll send you a follow-up email with resources tailored to you. It’s FREE. There’s no commitment beyond showing up, exactly as you are.

Step 2: Choosing Your Path

How parent brain and mental load support and coaching works - Step 2: Choose Your Path

After your Discovery Call, Megan will send you your personalized Focus Map via email, sharing resources and recommendations on what might work best for you at this stage. She’ll include links to more details, not only about our programs but also to free or external resources that may be useful.

You get to decide what level of support feels right to you.

Step 3: The Transformation

How parent brain and mental load support and coaching works - Step 3: The Transformation

This is where the magic happens. You show up as you are… covered in spit-up, a child interrupting for attention, running on fumes from a sleepless night. We’ve held space for all of it.

You get the right parent brain and mental load support to go from reactive and overwhelmed to calm and clear (still some chaos, but you’re able to manage it better). Before working with us, parents often find themselves juggling endless mental tabs, feeling on the verge of burnout, and unable to savor the small moments. After engaging with our programs, they create a shift and truly enjoy story time with their kids, thanks to greater clarity, improved confidence, better self-awareness, and the ability to self-advocate and delegate. You’ll also have options for ongoing support. You won’t need to do this alone, because you’re not alone on this journey!

What would it mean to you if you could thrive your way through this season of life?
